Appointments
I offer flexibility with appointments and am happy to fix a regular day/time if this suits the client. Alternatively, we can book the future appointments at the end of the session. Individual client sessions are 50 minutes.
Session Fees
Individual client sessions are £50. Payment is to be made at the end of each visit by cash or Bank Transfer. Online/Telephone Sessions are £50. Payment is to be made by debit or credit via website or BACS transfer in advance of each session. Please send a text to confirm payment has been made.
Cancellation
Counselling/Psychotherapy is a voluntary process and the client can end the contract at any time. If you are able to give ample notice of cancelling a session, it will allow me the opportunity to reschedule an alternative session in the same week. An appointment missed or cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice will be charged in full. On the rare occasion that I need to cancel a session, I will contact you by telephone as soon as possible.

The client has right of access to this information and a copy can be obtained by contacting me in writing. This includes your personal information that is no longer relevant to original purposes, or if you wish to withdraw consent. In all cases and when considering such requests, these rights are obligatory unless it is information that I have a legal obligation to retain.

Pluralistic Integrative Practitioner
I have studied various models of counselling and psychotherapy and work to suit the needs of each individual client.
Initial Consultation - Assessment
The initial consultation session is 50 minutes duration. It is an opportunity for me to get a full picture of the issues affecting you and for the client to check out the therapeutic process. It will also enable us to agree the focus for any subsequent sessions.
Regular Reviews
I regularly review the work to ensure the client is maintaining the focus required. I will remain mindful of the ending and ensure we continue to work towards this eventually.
