We like to keep things flexible and simple when you've decided to book in. Just three options. That's it.

Call Consulation

A short phone or online call to complete our new client form. A great chance to ask questions and see if it’s the right fit for you. The call will last 20 minutes and we will complete our new client form to gain the correct information to take the next steps- First Session. 

Taking the nerves away and power back to you.

First Session

Get started on your journey to a healthier state of mind with Mind Mend Therapy's Initial Consultation. During this session, we'll focus on getting to know each other, understanding why you've come to therapy, and what you're looking to achieve. At Mind Mend Therapy, clients are top priority. The session will last 50 minutes and costs £35. We will book you in for your next session and put toegther a plan that works for you. 

Relatable Therapy- for you, today.

Hypnotherapy & Counselling Session

The Work starts here. We work with clients to tailor the content of our sessions using hypnotherapy and counselling approaches . Sessions last 50 minutes and are created with each individual client in mind. You can choose to book in for weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions it's totally up to you. Sessions cost £45 and we ask for payment for the next session up front. We offer a discount for block of 6 sessions booked. That's it. Making and keeping it simple.
