Call Consulation
THE FIRST STEP
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so I offer a free 20-minute introductory phone or online call to help you decide if Mind Mend Therapy is the right fit for you.
During this call, we will complete the new client form, talk briefly about what has brought you to therapy, and answer any questions you may have about the process.
This conversation allows us to gather the key information needed before your first session and ensures you feel comfortable and informed before moving forward.
If you decide you would like to continue, we can then arrange your first therapy session, either online or in person, at a time that works for you.

Intial Consulation- First Session
SECOND STEP
Start your journey towards a healthier and more balanced mind with an initial consultation at Mind Mend Therapy.
Following a free introductory phone call, you can choose to book your first therapy session either online or in person. This first session gives us the opportunity to explore what has brought you to therapy, understand the challenges you may be experiencing, and discuss what you would like to gain from our work together.
The session lasts 50 minutes for individual and 60 minutes for couples therapy- and focuses on creating a supportive space where you feel comfortable talking at your own pace.
Together, we will begin to identify helpful approaches and outline a plan that supports your goals.
Initial Session Fees
• Individual Therapy – Online: £48
• Individual Therapy – In Person: £60
• Couples Therapy – Online: £65
• Couples Therapy – In Person: £75
If you decide to continue, we can arrange ongoing sessions at a pace that works for you.

Hypnotherapy/ Counselling/Couples Therapy Session
THIRD STEP
This is where the real work begins.
In our sessions, we will work together using a tailored combination of counselling and hypnotherapy techniques, depending on your individual needs and goals. Each session is designed with you in mind, creating a supportive space to explore challenges, develop new perspectives, and build helpful strategies for change.
Individual sessions last 50 minutes and are available online or in person. You can choose a schedule that suits you best, whether that’s weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

• Individual Therapy – Online: £48
• Individual Therapy – In Person: £60
Couples Therapy
Couples sessions last 60 minutes and are available online or in person.
• Online: £65
• In Person: £75
Payment is required in advance to secure your next appointment.
For clients who wish to commit to a longer period of support, a discount is available when booking a block of six sessions.
